With over 35 years of guitar-playing experience and a background performing in multiple bands, Andy brings a deep understanding of what musicians truly need from their instruments. As an experienced CAD engineer, he blends precision digital design with traditional hands-on craftsmanship. From pro guitar setups to CNC machining to full custom builds, Andy oversees every project with expertise, passion, and a lifelong love of guitars.

Tom – Apprentice Technician & Future Luthier

Tom is Andy’s son and the next generation of Six String Surgery. With natural curiosity and growing technical skill, Tom is learning the art of guitar repair, electronics work, maintenance, and CNC-assisted design. Under Andy’s guidance, he is quickly becoming a capable young luthier with a strong eye for detail and a genuine enthusiasm for the craft.
